Helping you to achieve your goals
Music in Hospitals (MiH) is a charity that organises around 4,500 professionally performed interactive live music concerts a year for people of any age receiving care or treatment for an illness or disability. They approached the Cranfield Trust when they needed some help creating a regional strategy, which would help them to harness local commitment and enthusiasm in order to raise funds and garner support.
One of our volunteers, Janet, worked with them over a number of months to develop an effective, realistic and sustainable strategy to help MiH grow and touch the lives of more patients. The project was a great success, resulting in a business plan that supports MiH’s goal of reaching out to greater numbers of those people with an illness or disability within their local communities. Alison Forbes, Music in Hospitals, Development Coordinator, North East, said, “The Business Plan provides a clear framework to develop the charity in the region over the next 3 years and the implementation of the Plan will enable more people to benefit from our concerts.”
